ARYYVE+Rewards                 Terms & Conditions

Program Overview: ARYYVE+Rewards is a loyalty program offered by ARYYVE Vacations, exclusively for travel agents. The program allows enrolled agents to earn points on eligible purchases and convert them into cash value for future travel-related product purchases.

Participation and Enrollment: Participation in ARYYVE+Rewards is automatic and free for all registered travel agents with ARYYVE Vacations. Authorized users of registered travel agents are also eligible for enrollment.

Earning Points: Agents earn points on eligible purchases made through ARYYVE Vacations, including flights, hotels, resorts, cruises, rental cars, villas, ground tours, and city tours. Points are earned at a base rate for every dollar spent on net purchases. Bonus points may be offered through special promotions or enrollment-based programs.

Value Matching: Agents may bring their current rewards program status to ARYYVE+Rewards and receive a value match of up to $200 towards their account. Agents must generate a minimum organic, cash value that matches whatever was originally value matched to the account, before being eligible to redeem the value-matched amount.

Accumulation and Redemption: Accumulated points move to acquired points once a booking has been paid in full by the traveler. Acquired points can be converted into cash value to be added to the ARYYVE Vacations transactions wallet for future travel-related product purchases. Points and cash-value wallet amounts are valid for at least 18 months from the date of redemption.

Point Expiration and Forfeiture: Points expire eighteen (18) months after the month they were earned. Points are subject to forfeiture if the Card account is closed voluntarily or by ARYYVE Vacations, or if points are not redeemed within 90 days of closure.

Redemption Options: Points can be redeemed for travel, cash back, or gift cards. Travel options include air travel, car rentals, hotel stays, and other travel-related expenses. Cash back can be redeemed as a statement credit or electronic deposit.

Program Changes and Disputes: ARYYVE Vacations reserves the right to make changes to the program, including redemption options, earning rates, and expiration policies. Disputes regarding points must be resolved with ARYYVE Vacations and are subject to final decision by the program administrator.

Liability and Indemnification: ARYYVE Vacations and its affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages incurred while using program rewards. Cardholders are responsible for any tax liability arising from receiving rewards.

Governing Law: The ARYYVE+Rewards program is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. In states where the disclaimer of warranties or exclusion of liability is not allowed, the above limitations may not apply.
